The Officer Recruitment Diversity Program (ORDP) offers minority students a mentoring program to enhance their chances of qualifying for AFROTC scholarships. Our program helps students to focus on succeeding in the areas of character, academic achievement, physical and mental fitness and life skills development. In addition, our experienced US Air Force connected mentors and program staff are dedicated to providing students with the practical information, guidance and support they will need to become the aviation experts and leaders that can make a positive impact not only in the Air Force but in the world around us.

This program is especially ideal for students interested in Aviation, Computer, Electrical and Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Biology, Economics, Foreign Area/Foreign language studies and other specialty areas that are needed in the Air Force. The possibilities are extensive and represent the broad spectrum of careers with the US Air Force.
