Planning for your Child's Career and College Education?

The Air Force Reserve Officer Training Command (AFROTC) has a program for the recruitment of minority officer candidates, for Air Force commissioning/scholarships, and for a career as an officer in the U.S. Air Force. This program is called the Officer Recruiting Diversity Program (ORDP).

The goal of this program is to help student candidates like your child to meet the Air Force qualifications to be an officer in the U.S. Air Force. Participating in this program will enhance your child's eligibility to compete for Air Force college scholarships. After graduating from an institution of Higher Learning with a Bachelors degree, your child will be eligible to enter the Air Force in their area of expertise (such as nursing, aviation, engineering, etc...) as an officer. This program is unique because of the early mentoring and aviation-centric learning opportunities it provides.

Benefits of this program include:

  • Increased career exploration and career development opportunities
  • Increased odds of winning educational AFROTC scholarships
  • Exposure to various aviation-centric learning opportunities
  • A unique opportunity to receive guidance from aviation professionals

One of our mentors will gladly help you in determining if your child meets the educational and physical qualifications for entry into this visionary program for Air Force commissioning/scholarships. Please contact our mentors for a list of AFJROTC programs in your area.
